At Velnic Merch, we care deeply about the experience you have with each item — and we stand by the quality and care that goes into every product we send out.

That said, due to the nature of our limited-run, fan-focused products — and the complexities of international fulfillment — we operate with a limited return policy.

 

💬 We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • General dissatisfaction not related to product quality

Please make sure to double-check sizing and product details before placing your order. If you’re ever unsure, feel free to reach out to us — we’re happy to help prior to checkout!

If delivery fails due to recipient-related reasons (such as an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of the package, or failure to collect it), we will be unable to offer a refund or free reshipment. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order, as addresses cannot be changed once an order has been dispatched. Any resulting losses or additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes — especially for pre-order or on-demand items.

We will gladly offer a replacement (free of charge) if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • There are significant quality issues (e.g., broken, defective)
  • The item was damaged during transit

📌 A Note on Product Flaws

Many of our items — especially accessories and small crafts — are handmade or produced in limited batches. As such, slight variations in color, shape, placement, or finish may occur. These do not qualify as defects.

We believe these subtle differences are part of the charm — and a reminder that you’re receiving something thoughtfully made, not mass-produced.
